Later, the Governor received the call of Commissioner and Chairperson of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System.

Later, the Governor and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC hosted an afternoon tea for Victorian centenarians, before attending the Melbourne Forum 10th Anniversary Reception.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, received the call of His Excellency Mr Milad Raad, Ambassador of Lebanon, and Mrs Roula Azar.
Mr Anthony Howard AM QC led a tour for Victoria Police Legacy.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM Qc, hosted the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Awards, before the Governor received the call of the Hon. Gavin Jennings MLC, Special Minister of State.
Later, the Governor and Mr Howard hosted a reception for the World Engineers Convention, and Engineers Australia Centenary.
While on a tour of the Mt Baw Baw Region, the Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, attended a briefing by the Baw Baw Shire Council, before visiting the Longwarry Cenotaph and laying a wreath.
Later, the Governor toured the Fonterra Dairy and Hogget Kitchen and Vineyard, before lunching with the Council. The Governor concluded her tour of the region by touring the Flavorite Tomato Farm.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, attended the Bench Welcome for Her Honour Judge Lisa Hanna, Chief Magistrate, before welcoming participants of the Peace & Prosperity Kitchen Garden Scarecrow Program.
Later, the Governor and departed for a tour of the Mt Baw Baw Region, where she was shown the popular sport of fly fishing in the Toorongo River.

Later, the Governor and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, hosted the 2019 Multicultural Awards.
Mr Howard led a tour of the State Apartments for students from Glenroy College, and a tour of the State Apartments for ACTION Chinese Neurologists.
